Bethesda Auto Service

I recently had my Jeep serviced at Bethesda Auto Service and had a very positive experience. Roxi, my service provider was great and took the time to clearly explain everything that needed to be done. I had an oil and filter change, fuel injection service flush, and four-wheel drive service. The entire process took about five hours, and I appreciated being kept informed along the way. While the parts were reasonably priced, the labor was the highest cost of the service. However, the professionalism, transparency, and quality of service made it worthwhile. Overall, I would recommend Bethesda Auto Service to anyone looking for knowledgeable and thorough vehicle maintenance.

I had an excellent experience getting my car serviced with Angie. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the entire process. Angie took the time to clearly explain what my vehicle needed and made sure everything was handled efficiently. Her customer service truly stood out, and I felt confident my car was in great hands. I highly recommend working with Angie!

Outstanding Service , fast & I love the text updates! Even provided a FREE uber ride to and from my location. When I got there my car was washed and ready to go. I would definitely recommend.

I had a great experience with my service advisor Angela Njuki. She was efficient, courteous, and extremely professional from start to finish. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free, and I truly appreciated her attention to detail and clear communication. I would absolutely return to her every time I service my Jeep and highly recommend her to anyone looking for excellent customer care.

If you’re looking for an honest, supportive, warm, and transparent team then you’ve come to the right place. I’ve had nothing but great experiences with everyone- service advisors, technicians, management, even the care associates who move your car around. I was in with a sudden oil leak, Roxy took care of me. Her and the tech team even supported my claim when I had to let another repair shop know their mistake lead to the issue. Repaired with quality, helped with kindness, and left appreciating their business. You won’t be disappointed. Ask for Roxy, you’ll be in great care.
